Using 15kg for Marlin and Tuna can give you an advantage as it allows you to run lighter gauge hooks and lighter leaders which will increase both your strike and hookup rate. The lighter hooks can be very helpful when chasing Stripes and Inshore Blacks as these fish are notorious for missing strikes and pulling hooks. Custom Fishfinder rods are purpose built for our store, they have a lovely soft tip but they load up quickly in the butt giving you optimal power over fish.
