This combo is made with the Assassin 12'6 Drone rod and Shimano Forcemaster 9000, the Assassin 12'6'' drone rod is a heavy 5-8PE overhead rod designed for big specimens, the reason behind the length of the rod is when you have so much line out under the pressure of a large fish any friction when line touches the sea floor will cause you to lose a fish. The 12'6 rod keeps the braid way off the bottom and also keeps your line above the surf shore break, The reel we have chosen for this combo is the Shimano Forcemaster 9000, a tough and durable electric reel. Using an electric reel whilst drone fishing saves you the hassle of winding in baits or a fish with over 600m+ of line out!  The combo comes full spooled with 1000m of J Braid X4 80lb with a PR Join to 150lb Top shot of Ottos hard Leader.
