This is a solid slowjig combo, ideal for chasing fish such as Snapper, Trag, Mulloway, Kingfish and Pearl Perch on slow jigs. The Shimano Sedona 5000 is built to be extremely water resistant for their pricepoint due to the X-Shield and X-Protect technologies present in the reels. Gomouko Gen II rods are purpose buit for jigging, they have a long butt section which will fit comfortably under the arm whilst fishing. This combo comes spooled with J-Braid x8, multicolour. Colour changing braid helps you keep track of where your lure is sitting in the water column. We reccomend anglers use thin braid when fishing deep waters so less resistance is formed, allowing the lure to sink faster. Hence why J-Braid Multicolour is the ideal jigging braid
