The Rod is a Shimano Raider 722 1-4kg Perfect for casting those smaller plastics. surface walking lures like sugapen and slipery dog, small poppers for whiting, This rod will also double up for Trout fishing being able to cast those light lures. The Raider is also a perfect rod if you want to do some light bait fishing whether that be lightly weighted prawns off of the wharf for Bream or Powerbait eggs in the Dam for Trout. The rod is a two piece so will fold away for storage and travel. The reel comes spooled with quality Daiwa J Braid X4 150m Yellow in 6lb, a great quality long casting line to get you that extra distance.
