If you are fishing in 60-150m using electric combos for Snapper, Pearl Perch, Jewfish, Trag and other bottom fish is a great way to catch alot of fish, very efficiently. The PE4 Seapower load up slowly and has a nice soft tip which is great for bait fishing, slower blanks absorb more tension as well so you wont be pulling hooks as often. The Seapower rod still has a strong lower section so you can really crank up the drag if you need to get fish up quickly. The Seaborg 400 is the pinnacle of light electric reels, it is powerful, well sealed and overall is a joy to fish with. We spooled this combo with multi colour Daiwa J-Braid, a strong and abrasion resistant braid ideal for fishing in the deep.
