This combo is a great entry level combo for those who want to get into throwing Soft Plastics and smaller Stickbaits or metals up to 50g but still good enough quality for a seasoned fisherman to enjoy using. The 762 is a longer rod giving you the advantage of distance casting and also makes it a good combo for landbased spinning. The reel is the Penn Pursuit 5000 IV, like all Penn Reels we at ottos recomend them for their durrability and strength. The combo comes spooled with J braid X4 30lb that is a tough line that will last.
