This combo is perfect for the experienced angler who fishes hard and truly puts the quality of their gear to the test. This Combo, rated to PE4 and ideal for fishing Reef and shallow structure for fish such as Coral Trout, Emperor, Nannygai and Trevally up north or Snapper and Kings in shallower grounds around NSW and SEQ. The heavy line comes in handy when fishing waters upto 40 meters where it is easier to reach the bottom and the angler is more concerned about muscling fish off of the bottom away from snags. Penn are renouned for their reels abilty to take on saltwater and the Squall is no exeption, its stainless steel body and ball bearings keep away corosion. The reel is spooled with colour changing braid so the angler can keep track of where their jig is sitting in the water column.

Crafted by decades of on the water experience the Offshore range features Japanese Toray Carbon blanks featuring our Helix30T system. The Helix30T blank utilizes the latest in 30 Tonne Toray and precise carbon wrapping construction. This process achieves increased sensitivity, strength and blank responsiveness, giving the angler a better fishing experience.  Finished with Fuji Alconite K guides and Fuji GM winch mount.
