The ideal baitcast combo for a beginner fisho, the Abu Garcia Max4 and Raider is an affordable setup yet can handle a beating and will still perform. The raider jr comes in at 4ft long and is the ideal length for a beginner angler to learn how to cast and catch fish. The Abu Max4 has a sound breaking system, reducing the amount of backlash the angle recieves if they happen to misplace a cast too short. Additonally it has comfortable handle knobs and brass gearing which gives the reel the ability to be used in both salt and freshwater. This combo can be used to catch an small fish on lures, such as Bass, Bream, Flathead and Tailor.
