Shimano Nasci 3000 and Wilson Blackfish Combo

This is a great Blackfish/Luderick combo, the crossfire has a slow taper and absorbs the pressure the Blackfish put on the rod, meaning there is less pressure put on the hook and the angler will lose less fish to pulled hooks. The Crossfire has large guides meaning you are able to wind float stoppers into the rod and cast them through the guides with no issue. Although the Wilson has a slow taper it has a strong backbone and could even be used to chase small to medium sized Drummer and even small Grouper!! The Shimano Nasci has a large line capacity so it can fit mono mainline, it also has a smooth drag and is resistant to saltwater. This is essential if you plan on chasing Blackfish off of ocean ledges or the beach as reels tend to get sprayed with saltwater in these environments.
