Shimano released a wide selection of Sakana III Game rods meaning that there will likely be a rod in this range that suits your gamefishing needs. The 8-10kilo rods are ideal if you would like to troll lures and livebaits for Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, Mackerel or small Tuna. The 10-15kg models are better suited for chasing Stripe and Black Marlin and can be used trolling, skipbaiting or switchbaiting. The heavier 24kg Sakana rods can be used in the same way as the 15kilo but give you some extra power and leverage if you happen to hook a Blue Marlin or Yellowfin Tuna. The Sakana rods come with the option of either roller or runner tips and are equipped with Fuji Guides and a locking reel seat.
