Shimano Status Elite and Daiwa Tanacom Deep Drop Fishing Combo

This is a great electric overhead fishing combo, the Tanacom 800 has 25kilo of drag which will allow you to winch up large fish such as Bar Cod, Blue Eye, Gemfish and Swordfish from the depths. We chose the Tanacom 800 for this due to the high torque which is due to a  new improved drivetrain which has been totally re engineered with beefier gears. This power will prevent the fish from getting their head's down, meaning you can get them up real quick. We have still kept the softer deep dropping rods for this combo as the traditional bent butt deep drops are far to stiff in the tip and you will miss too many fish with them.
