The 30W is a monster reel, when winding into fish you'll be blown away by power and leverage you get, as well as the smoothness of the drag even under extreme pressure. We paired the Tiagra with the Wilson Live Fibre 9ft2 landbased rod, the extra length will help you when fishing off the rocks as it will keep your topshot from rubbing on the cunji and oysters when fishing, as well as giving you a better line angle at the ledge when landing fish. The Live Fibre is built off of a tough Kilwell blank which has plenty of power and uses top quality components. The combo is spooled with PowerPro braid backing to assure extra line can fit on the reel, the backing is joined to Momoi topshot with a PR-Knot. Momoi is an abrasion resistant line trusted by LBG fishos over the country.
