Snapper Soft Plastic Fishing Combo

This combo is a great combo for inshore plastics and small stick baits like the Nomad Riptide 115mm and 125mm, the rod id the Shimano Jewel 742 5-10kg and has a 10-40g cast weight so it will do your shallow plastic fishing and will still cast a 1.5 oz jighead for deep water. The Extra length being 7'4'' is also a great advantage as you can get your lure far from boat and up wind so your lure spends more time in the water. The reel is a Shimano Socorro and is one of the lightest in its class. the combo comes spooled with 15lb power pro that is a durable and good casting line, the reason we choose 15lb is that it will cast a plastic a mile and doesn't have to much drag in the water that makes it good as an allrounder. The combo also doubles as a light Kingfish and Jewfish plastics combo.

The Jewel Range is back with 5 purpose built spin models for Australian saltwater and freshwater species. The range is built on a T45 blank and fitted with Fuji K Alconite guides and TVS reel seats, these Jewel spin rods represents high end contruction and superior value. The construction of the T45 blank sets the Jewel apart from traditional graphite construction, where a graphite tape is linear rolled at 45 degrees and is then reinforced by two opposing angled premium graphite sheets, creating a light yet extremely strong blank.
