Entry Snapper Soft Plastic Rod & Reel Fishing Combo

This entry level combo is one that will still perform very well. The rod has the length to get you good distance and we have spooled it with 15lb line. This makes a world of distance and heavy braid on a combo won't cast as well despite how good the rod or the angler is. The Combo comes with the Shimano Catana 732 Snapper Spin and has a 10-28g cast range, this makes it a good rod for fishing the washes with lighter jig heads and still a good rod for fishing out to 40m with 1oz Jigheads, the reel is the Shimano Sienna 4000 and is a good value reel that will stand up to whatever Snapper you might hook, the combo will come spooled with Shimano Power Pro 15lb which is the best line class for the rod. This combo will not only catch snapper though, but it is also a good allrounder for flicking Soft Plastics for Smaller Kingfish and Jewfish on inshore reefs, Harbours and estuaries.
