Wildfish – Peter Morse Saltwater Fly - Bass Packs ‘Wildfish’ Fly packs take the guesswork out of fly selection. The flies have been carefully selected and endorsed by renowned fly fisherman Peter Morse. Bass packs each contain 10 specially selected Felty’s flies: - Marabou Muddler - 4 - Black Muddler - 6 - Chernobyl Ant Black yellow - 8 - Cicada Black - 4 - Bass Foam Popper - Frog - 2 - Bluegill Popper - Black - 6 - Conehead Woolly bugger - 4 - Beadhd Flash bug olive - 4 - Vampire - black/purple - 4 - Vampire black/red - 4 The muddlers are used as surface flies for bass fishing, treat them with fly floatant to keep them bouyant. Cast a bass surface fly back at the bank or in amongst the holes in the lily pads and weed beds. Let them float for 10 seconds and then give them a twitch. Fish them slowly, don’t scare the bass by blooping them too hard. Sinking bass flies are cast back at the bank and allowed to sink - also use them around deep weed beds. Please note this selection is also excellent for tropical freshwater river species such as jungle perch, saratoga, and sooty grunters.
