Large tube. Strong adhesive that will seal holes in waders and retain flexibility. Glue large Doll eyes on flies. If mending waders or whatever, give it a day and a half or so to really cure. This is thick, powerful stuff; we do not recommended this product for braided butt loops or nail knots. Be very diligent about securing the cap after use, or the glue will thicken in the applicator tube.
