Even though this setup is rated to 30lbs Daiwa J-Braid is extremely strong and paired with the grunt of the Daiwa Seajigger and power of the Certate 6000 you'll be confident fighting large unexpected by-catch such as Longtail Tuna or large Kingfish and Mulloway. The rod comes in at 10ft8 and will cast jigs out a mile, the length is optimal for shorejigging and means that you can use it fishing both in the Harbour and off of ocean rocks.
