This combo is a good alround one for Snapper on inshore reefs, and Flathead and Jewfish in Harbours and Estuaries. The Daiwa Tatula Rod 3-6kg 7ft is one of Daiwa's latest releases and are another very good bang for buck rod. This rod has a 3-6kg rating and a cast weight of up to 11g making it a good choice if you like fishing out to depths like 25m but is still light enough to cast around the inshore bommies, reefs and harbours. The reel is the Shimano Stradic 3000, we picked this reel as it is very light but still has ample drag, and strong enough to do any or the work you will need it to do.
