Shorejigging is an effective and enjoyable way to fish, you'll be able to chase a variety of species such as Mulloway, Bonito, Mac Tuna, Kingfish, Salmon or Snapper. The technique is straightforward and only requires a rod which is long enough to cast distances and for the rod to have a soft tip which allows the angler to get optimal action from their jigs.
As far as Shorejigging goes this combo is as lightweight as they come, on slow days you will have the edge over fellow fishermen as youll be able to tie lighter leaders and throw lighter lures in order to get picky fish to bite.
