Premium Hawkesbury River Mulloway Lure Combo

This combo has been put together for the experienced Mulloway angler who is looking to expand their rod and reel arsenal. We all know that the Hawkesbury river is a hotspot for Mulloway, this combo has been put together to allow you to effectivley chase them in a wide variety of methods. The combo is rated to about 20lbs, meaning it is light enough to throw lures around with yet still has the backbone to put the brakes on a 10kilo+ Mulloway, which isnt uncommon in the Hawkesbury. The Miller Rod has a high cast weight meaning you can use heavier plastics and vibes which is important as there is lots of current in the Hawkesbury and it is often hard to fish the bottom with lighter lures. Additionally if you are fishing heavy structure such as bridge pylons or wrecks the Miller Rod has enough backbone muscle fish back to the boat.

Now available in TD SOL MQ, Monocoque body delivers an all-round improved reel structure. Firstly, reducing potential ingress points for water and debris into the gearbox, MQ reels remove the normal side plate design. MQ bodies are IPX rated thanks to the elimination of that seam and the screws which traditionally hold the side plate to the main body assembly.
