This is a solid jigging combo and can be used for a variety of species such as Tuna, Trevally, Coral Trout and Nannygai up North or Kingfish, Amberjack and Snapper on the east coast. The Twinpower SW is tough as nails, built for saltwater, offshore fishing. The Twinpower can handle saltwater spray and has a smooth drag for when you hook up to the fish of a lifetime. The Live Fibre Venom series are built on lightweight blanks and use light materials for the guides and reel seat, weight reduction is important when looking for a jigging combo as the angler is forced to use lots of energy to work the lure, therfore a light combo make a noticable difference especially when fishing for long periods.

The Twin Power 8000HG is specifically built for Jigging. Being lighter and stronger, at 615g, with a 5:6:1 gear ratio, 25kg of drag and a line retrieve of 107cm per crank, you'll fight with more confidence in those dicey areas. With 10+1 bearings, it'll run smoothly and make your jigging sessions much easier.

Designed to challenge the impossible, the new 2021 TwinPower SW is stronger and more durable than ever.

Infinity Drive reduces handle rotation torque by 30% when compared to the previous series, this is achieved by increasing the pinion gear support and a applying special skid coating which makes the reel lighter to turn and more powerful.

To improve drag performance, the Heat Sink Drag system features in the 10000 and 14000 sizes to reduce the amount of heat transferred to the drag washers and line during the fight via the spools insulated plate.

With superior saltwater durability being a must, the X-Protect seal and labyrinth structure has been employed to repel water intrusion. By including this in the line roller and clutch assembly, the mechanism is ten times more durable.

The new striking silver and blue cosmetics have been paired up with a polished metal handle and power knob to finish the reel off superbly.  Engineered and made in Japan to the highest standard for the world’s hardest fighting saltwater species, the TwinPower SW will push new angling limits.

LIVE FIBRE VENOM DEEP JIG SPINNING FISHING RODS 

DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR THE RIGOURS OF OFFSHORE FISHING IN DEEPER WATERS, THE VENOM DEEP JIG SERIES BRINGS TOGETHER YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE ONE ROD SERIES.

Taking the traditional approach with a softer action, the Deep Jig Series allows anglers to really put the pressure on fish when they are directly underneath the boat. This makes the rods ideal as jigging sticks and baitfishing sticks.

Using Fuji Guides that allows the line to be managed in the best way, the Deep Jig Series is available in overhead and spin configurations. The rods are rated in two ways, the first by the ideal jig weight and the second by the suggested line rating.

The series starts with the 10-30lb 150g Jig Spin. This is designed to fish weights up to 150g and do it well. Keep in mind the baby of the range is still a more than capable rod with a 15kg line rating at its maximum end.

The big mother in the Deep Jig series is the 450g PE 5-10. This rod is a true brute being capable of fishing a pound of jig and taking lines with breaking strains between 50lb and 100lb - now that is absolutely serious!
