Please note reel repairs and servicing isn’t done on the spot, you must leave your reel with us and we notify you once the service or repair is complete.

At Otto’s Tackle World Sydney we offer all reel repair and servicing needs on reels.
All reel repairs and servicing is done in store by our expert reel technicians with over 40 years experience and knowledge on fishing reel mechanics.
On some occasions, we may send your reel to the supplier such as Shimano or Daiwa, to complete the repair, if it is something that can’t be repaired in store. A general reel servicing takes approximately 1 week.
We have access to all spare parts for all our stocked brands.
Our servicing involves a full reel disassembly, cleaning and lubrication of all parts, and if needed, replacement of bearings or other parts.
