This is a multi-purpose jigging combo, you can use it to slow pitch, micro jig and traditional high speed jigging, ideal for targeting a variety of species including Kingfish, Snapper, Coral Trout, Emperor, Amberjack, Dhufish and Mulloway. Shimanos Ocea Jigger is a reliable reel, built on an aluminium cast body and boasting 7kgs of smooth usable drag the Ocea Jigger  is very well sealed and can withstand the typical spray reels recieve when offshore fishing. The Samurai X-Tracta jig rods have a comfortable split butt which easily fits under the arm meaning you can use the combo all day. This combo is spooled with Daiwa J-Braid x8, it is important to use lighter braid on these combos, not only because it means that you fit more line on the spool. But also thinner braid has less resistence against the water whilst the jig is dropping, therfore your lure will reach the bottom faster.
